  1. Some people come in your life as blessings and some come in your life as lessons, Lisa Stoddard was both for me. Her consistent manner was something you could count on which made her sought after for you knew if you were with her it was safe. You knew when you walked away a conversation or interaction with her you would leave with a smile. Lisa: I'll miss you in a way I'm still trying to understand. I know this because of you I will walk everyday in a space that is more optimistic and peaceful. You were one of the busiest people I know, ALA, BYU, Companies, Choreography, a beautiful wife and mother, yet you were never hurried. You would glide through the halls in a peaceful confident (dancer) way. I can't imagine not seeing that face of yours again. I'm missing you so much already. My promise to you is that I will be there for Troy and your children not only as I have, but in a way that has intention. I love you girl! Thank you for being you, being one of my dear friends, and for loving me.

Lisa was an angel here on earth and an angel now in heaven. I was heartbroken with this news and my mind has been reflecting on those wonderful years. I have been flooded with wonderful memories of Lisa. I loved her advanced jazz class at BYU. It was a highlight for me. I loved that she taught true jazz. I loved her choreography. I loved that she was so comfortable with us that she sang along to her own music while teaching us and grading us. I loved that she lifted every student up. I pulled out her videos this week to just listen to her voice. One of the things I that was fun to watch and listen to, was a moment where I had overturned and made a loud funky scream and she just chuckled on the video. She was so fun. She also showed love and respect to me as a fellow instructor. I will miss her. My heart goes out to her family at this difficult time. Sending my love and prayers to all of you. Love you Lisa.....Blythe (Beagley) Kerr
